I would just use the pictures on the forum but quality is lowered when you upload. Your original photo files are way better than 100kb jpgs.
You can do whatever you like with the results, I won't be using them for anything, just practice (I'll send you copies of results)! Can help make photos look a little less amateur, maybe. 
If you've a particular request for your shopping, or want something more than touchups, just ask!
