1.3 For valuable consideration received, I hereby grant to amateurposters.com absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission in respect of photographic portraits or pictures and movies that have been taken of me in which I may be included with others, to copyright the same, in their own name or otherwise; to use re-use, publish, and re-publish the same in whole or in part, individually or in any and all media now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising and trade, or any other purpose whatsoever without restriction as to alteration; and to use my name in connection therewith if they so choose.
1.4 I hereby release and discharge amateurposters.com from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
1.5 This authorisation and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns amateurposters.com as well as the person(s) for whom the photographs were taken.

1.9 Submission/uploading/posting of your photographs, pictures or movies signifies acceptance of all terms and conditions.

Overt, blatant advertising of other sites is not allowed. Images containing another site's watermark or name in any manner will be deleted. If you use another website's name as your user name, your posts will be deleted and you will be banned. You can list another site on your proflie or you may provide a link to a personal blog, all others will be deleted.

Hot linking to images on another site is not allowed. Please post your pictures on this forum, we will remove any hot linked images we find.

Spammers will be folded, stapled, spindled and/or mutilated.
